If any user has registered with someone else’s NID using his/her mobile number, the actual NID holder can claim the identity by following the steps below:

Send them an email to: support@eticket.railway.gov.bd
Must attach the following documents:

Scanned copy of SIM ownership document
Scanned copy of NID card
Refund and Cancellation

For online refund:

Login to your account
Go to Purchase History
Find your ticket and refund it online
If your online ticket is printed from the counter before the journey date, it is only refundable at the station counters.

For counter refund:

Visit your departure station and contact the refund counter
Please read the Online Refund Instructions & Ticket Refund Policy before canceling your ticket.
